Leeder Furniture LLC beds have a lifetime limited warranty.

Leeder Furniture warrants its case goods against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twenty-five years from the date of original purchase and acceptance for use. Drawer glides and moving parts have a warranty of three years.

Leeder warrants its lounge frames against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of original purchase and acceptance for use. Foam has a warranty, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for two years. Leeder Furniture fabric follows the upholstery manufacturer warranty.

Leeder foam mattresses have a non-pro-rated six-year warranty. Fiber mattresses have a non-prorated three-year warranty.

Leeder Furniture’s warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This warranty extends to products used in the manner intended and does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.

This warranty is extended to the original using institution or agency only and is not transferable or assignable.

Leeder Furniture retains the option of repairing any defects at the installation site or at factory or replacing the defective item with a new or remanufactured similar item. Leeder Furniture does not assume liability for packaging, incoming or outgoing freight costs incurred incidental to shipment of a defective item to its factory, nor for costs incurred in removing or reinstalling items covered by this warranty for all of which charges may be made.

The original warranty will not be extended by any such repair or replacement, but the remaining warranty period will continue in effect.

This warranty is issued in lieu of all other warranties and Leeder Furniture, neither assumes nor authorizes any person or company to assume for it any other warranty liability either expressed or implied.

Leeder Furniture shall provide all brackets, supports, hangers, clips, panel-supported work surface legs, connectors, cover plates, grommets, stabilizers, and other miscellaneous hardware to form a physically and visually completed assembly
